sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc/ppa
Step 2: Update the repos and install Kodi 19.5
sudo apt update && sudo apt install kodi kodi-bin
Uninstall Kodi 19.5

Open the terminal and run the below command
sudo apt remove kodi kodi-bin && sudo apt autoremove
